Elections signal a time for a change in government officials and procedures. Although not all Caribbean nations have presidents, the majority appoint prime ministers. A prime minister is the head of the cabinet and leader of ministers in a parliamentary or semi-president system. The following Caribbean countries will be having elections in 2018.
