Sir Emeka Offor
He is an oil magnate and the Founder of Chrome Group, a multi-million dollar conglomerate founded in 1990, with interests in oil and gas, insurance, bio-fuels energy production, ICT, real estate, logistics, dredging services, destination inspection services, and oil refinery maintenance. Chrome Group is one of the leading oil and gas companies in West Africa. Emeka Offor is the Chairman of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDCC). He is the Founder of Sir Emeka Offor Foundation, a charitable NGO focused on alleviating the suffering of the less privileged, supporting human capacity development initiatives, and supporting SMEs.
