Three men have come forward with lawsuits accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting them, adding to the mounting legal challenges faced by the music mogul. The suits, filed anonymously in New York state court on Thursday, detail incidents spanning from 2019 to 2022.

The lawsuits allege that Combs, the 55-year-old founder of Bad Boy Records, used his power, wealth, and influence to exploit the accusers, later silencing them through threats and intimidation. Thomas Giuffra, the attorney representing the men, described the filings as a step toward justice for the survivors.

“This is a long-overdue opportunity for the victims to reclaim their power after years of suffering in silence,” Giuffra said in a statement. “While the lawsuits cannot undo the harm inflicted, they offer a path for the survivors to regain their dignity and confront their abuser.”

Combs’ legal team has categorically denied the allegations, calling them baseless. “These complaints are riddled with lies,” Combs’ attorneys stated, adding that they intend to disprove the claims and seek penalties against the lawyers behind what they described as “fictional” lawsuits.

The allegations include harrowing accounts of drugging and sexual assault.

One man alleges that in 2020, Combs drugged and raped him at the InterContinental Hotel in Times Square during a meeting to discuss overdue payments for his work as an employee.

Another accuser claims he was assaulted in 2019 after meeting Combs at a Manhattan nightclub and being invited to an afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel. He says he was drugged, raped, and later given $2,500 by an associate who had recorded the assault.

The third man recounts being drugged and raped by Combs and members of his record label during a party in 2020 at Combs’ East Hampton mansion.

Each of the plaintiffs, identified as John Doe in court documents, is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.

These cases arrive amid Combs’ ongoing legal battles, including federal sex trafficking charges. Prosecutors allege Combs orchestrated years of abuse involving coerced sexual performances known as “Freak Offs,” during which victims were drugged and assaulted. The federal indictment also accuses Combs of employing violence, blackmail, and other coercive tactics to silence survivors.

Despite pleading not guilty to the federal charges, Combs remains in custody at a Brooklyn federal jail after being denied bail for the third time last month. His trial is set for May.
