30-year-old mom of 9 boys expecting twins says she will keep having kids until she gets a girl

Despite having nine sons, Yalancia Rosario, a 30-year-old mom from Dallas, and her husband, Michael, plan to continue having children until they finally have a girl. Though the couple is currently expecting twins, Rosario’s hope to welcome a daughter into their family has not diminished, and she will give it another try if the twins turn out to be boys.

Rosario, who has a substantial social media following, recently shared an ultrasound scan of her twins with her nearly 100,000 Instagram followers on her page, @that_rosario_life, and with her 244,900 TikTok followers. Her hope is that one of the genders of her twins will turn out to be a girl. She has up to the end of the month to satisfy this curiosity, according to the New York Post.

Her sons are Jamel, 12, Michael Jr., 9, Angelo, 8, Armani, 6, Prince, 5, Sincere, 3, Armani, 2, Gimani, 1, and Kairo, 2 months. Rosario, who became a mother at 18, has been consistently pregnant almost every year since. She openly discusses the challenges and joys of pregnancy, including enduring a miscarriage in her first trimester. Despite her love for her large family, she has come under public backlash from online trolls who question her use of public funds and inquire about the paternity of her children.

In response to these negative comments after her post on Instagram, she believes in minding her business while hopeful people reconsider their behavior.

As a mother of eight boys, she acknowledges that her family may appear hectic to outsiders, but she emphasized that they lead normal lives. For her, the common misconception that with a larger family, there isn’t enough time for each child, doesn’t come to play.

In an Instagram post, she reassured her followers that she and her husband make time for each of their children despite the bustling household.
