Also going by Ataui Deng-Hopkin due to her marriage to soon to be ex-husband Kortney Hopkin, a fellow model. Deng is a 26-year-old runway model from Khartoum, Sudan. The niece of trailblazing model Alek Wek, Deng has carved out a path of her own that isn’t overshadowed by her aunt’s success. Deng migrated to the U.S. in 2004 settling in Dallas, before being signed to Trump modeling agency and making her way to New York City.  Her career commenced in 2008 debuting for fashion heavy hitters such as Zac Posen, Jeremy Laing, and L’Wren Scott.  Since, Deng has appeared in Harper’s Bazaar, V, and Teen Vogue.
