Cannabis refers to a group of plants with some psychoactive properties knowns as cannabis sativa, cannabis indica and cannabis ruderalis. When the flowers are harvested and dried, you are left with a common herb.

The use of cannabis or weed has become extremely controversial as calls for its legalization across the globe has caused genuine outrage from people who oppose it. Weed is also known as marijuana or pot.
