Kumi-Kumi

The Kumi-Kumi drink in Nairobi, Kenya is the available choice because of its cheap price point; it’s readily available for 10 shillings or 15 cents per jug or container.

It is made with sorghum, maize or millet.

Kumi-Kumi or chang’aa consumption has been attributed to blindness, death and alcohol-related hospitalizations.
