Tho-tho-tho

Botswana has a local brew dubbed tho-tho-tho.

It’s an illegal beer that is formulated with sorghum seeds, yeast or sugar.

Tho-tho-tho, as explained on AFK Travel’s site, translates into “the dizzy spell.”
