Helen Oyeyemi

Helen Olajumoke Oyeyemi is a British-Nigerian novelist and writer of short stories who wrote her first novel, The Icarus Girl while studying for her A-levels in 2005. Her works include The Icarus Girl, The Opposite House, White is for Witching, Mr. Fox, Boy, Snow, Bird and Gingerbread. She has written plays like Juniper’s Whitening, Victimese, and has a short story collection: What Is Not Yours Is Not Yours.
