The shopping centre is located in the Western part of Accra – Weija, in Ghana. The mall, which is jointly owned by Delico Property Development Limited and the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), was constructed at a cost of $93 million, and was opened for business in 2014. Built on approximately 23 acres, it has a parking bay for 1,209 cars, houses over 65 line shops with two supermarket major tenants and has over 67 local shops. Said to be one of the most expensive malls in West Africa, the shopping centre boasts of a large entertainment and recreational gallery which has space for open-air concerts and can contain 1,500 people.
