Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman shows off dramatic weight loss, and fans are not happy

Fans of Chadwick Boseman are worred about his weight loss

Fans of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman are worried about the actor’s marked weight loss after posting an Instagram video in which he appears much thinner than when he was last seen.

The 42-year-old actor posted the live video to promote the Jackie Robinson-inspired Operation 42, a scheme that has donated $4.2m worth of protective equipment to hospitals serving African-American communities amid the coronavirus.

“I am hearing stories of desperation from people all over the country, and we know our communities are suffering the most and urgently need help. Celebrating #JackieRobinsonDay with the launch of Thomas Tull’s #Operation42, a donation of 4.2m dollars in personal protective equipment (PPE) to hospitals that service the African American communities who have been hit the hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic,” Boseman wrote.

While the Avengers’ star was applauded for this move, fans were also concerned about his appearance and wondered if he was okay.

“I hope your okay, your appearance has changed,” one person commented.

“I didn’t recognize him at first. I’m not liking this weight loss bro,” another user wrote.

“Dude, I’m all in for this, but please reassure your fan base about your health ’cause even I am starting to be kinda worried,” shared a fan.
