Author and broadcast journalist Gayle King has made a name for herself as one of America’s most outstanding TV personalities. Her position as the editor-at-large for O, The Oprah Magazine, and her co-hosting position on CBS News’s morning program CBS Mornings, have made her a household name in America and around the world.

Her journey in media started at WJZ-TV in Baltimore, where she began as a production assistant. Her path will cross with that of celebrated media personality Oprah Winfrey, who at the time was a show host at the station. She later moved to Kansas City to become a weekend anchor and a general assignment reporter at WDAF-TV.

Since then, King has grown large in the media and is among some of the most celebrated media personalities in the world. Her enterprise is not limited to the media as she is also a businesswoman.
