Cakes by Violet  launches a special line of Celebration Cakes for Festac Ultra Lounge just in time for Valentine’s Day 2012.

New York, NY January 7, 2012  — Cakes by Violet, a baking business specializing in  customized cakes and cupcakes  for special events alongside Festac Ultra Lounge a chic African night club in BKNY will be unveiling some of its very best products just in time for Valentine’s Day at their launch party this Saturday, February 11th.  

Festac Ultra Lounge, a luxurious venue known for its African cuisine by day, and upscale African parties by night will not only house the launch of this business, but also be the first restaurant to offer a line of Cakes by Violet to its VIP customers.  Osa, owner of Festac Ultralounge says “We are super excited to be partnering with VC on this launching and are thrilled about the great value this will add for our clients”

The launch will open with a tea party and cake tasting reception at 6pm at Festac Ultra Lounge featuring music by CeeYo’s very own DJ El Boogie. Guests will dine on both Festac cuisines as well Cakes by Violet for dessert. Guests will also sample drinks from the new cocktail menu.  Attendees will have the chance to mingle while learning more about Cakes by Violet, and each attendee will be entered for a chance to win a free Celebration Cake for their next special event. This portion of the event will close with a red carpet reception, which will also usher in the afterparty at 10pm. 

Face2Face Africa, All About Naija Weddings and Under Da Rock magazines will be the media sponsors for this event, Triibe Natiion will be providing the photography and guests will receive sponsored gift bags and parting gifts.

Key gift bag sponsors include Eve’s jewelry rush who will be sponsoring  jewelry and Core Connections coaching who will be providing a free session and workbook voucher for each gift bag which will be given to the first 80 guests. F Dynamo, Solemates and Oyato have provided some of their stylish products for some lucky raffle winners as well.
