Cardi B and husband Offset welcomed their second child together, a boy, on Saturday, September 4. Cardi disclosed this on Instagram on Monday alongside a photo of her newborn in her hospital bed.
She is seen in the photo seated next to Offset. The two smile down at their son.
“9/4/21🦕💙🧸,” Cardi captioned the family photo.
“We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” the couple said in a statement. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
Cardi, 28, and her husband Offset, 29, got married in September 2017. They have broken up and reconciled more than once. The two rappers are already parents to three-year-old daughter Kulture.
Offset is also father to daughter Kalea, 6, and sons Jordan, 11, and Kody, 6, from previous relationships.
Cardi disclosed her pregnancy while performing with Offset and Migos at the BET Awards in June.
“There is something so dear about this pregnancy and I feel like I’m starting a new chapter, and I’m happy about that,” she said of her pregnancy later.
