The Italian Job

With a storyline about a mafia member who was outsmarted in a heist, this movie held the attention of its audience with a plot of the master thief staging a crude way to get back his loot. The black director behind the idea of using the largest vehicular congestion in the history of Los Angeles is Felix Gary Gray. His role in this action thriller earned him the Best Director Award at the 2005 Black American Film Festival. The movie pooled $100 million at the US box office, as reported by empire online. The Italian Job, which was released in 2003, starred Academy Award winner Charlize Theron and Oscar nominee Mark Wahlberg.
