Michel Gbagbo
Michel Gbagbo, son of Cote d’Ivoire’s former president Laurent Gbagbo was ordered to serve six months in jail in January 2018.
Gbagbo’s charge was spreading false news. He was also fined $950 dollars.
In 2011, he was imprisoned for crimes against humanity.
After his release in 2013, he became a professor of psychology at the Faculty of Criminology of the University of Cocody (Abidjan) and Director of Training, Communication and Awareness in the National Steering Committee of the redeployment of the Administration (CNPRA).
