Seriously, who wants to be left out of the new fashion at Christmas time? No one. Or at least very few. This is perhaps the oldest Christmas tradition in Nigeria, from the early days of the introduction of Christianity by the colonialists, Nigerians have come to associate the Christmas festivities with the buying of new clothes or the making of new dresses.
