Colin Kaepernick’s activism is so intimidating that they want to erase him from everything

In another case of “accidental” racial division, Video game company Electronic Arts (EA) is apologizing for editing Colin Kaepernick’s name from a soundtrack featured in Madden NFL 19.

In the track, Big Bank by YG featuring Big Sean, the latter’s verse, in which he raps, “Feed me to the wolves now I lead the pack and s—. You boys all cap, I’m more Colin Kaepernick. I’m rare as affordable health care,” was edited out.

The song also boasts appearances by Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz whose verses went unaltered.

“We messed up, and the edit should never have happened,” EA Commented. They continued, “Members of our team misunderstood the fact that while we don’t have rights to include Colin Kaepernick in the game, this doesn’t affect soundtracks. We messed up, and the edit should never have happened. We will make it right, with an update to Madden NFL 19 on August 6 that will include the reference again.”
