Legal documents have revealed that America’s National Rifle Association (NRA) is running out of money.

According to documents obtained by the Rolling Stone, the NRA is in grave financial jeopardy and could “be unable to exist… or pursue its advocacy mission.”

The reason for the financial crisis New York’s“blacklisting campaign” that has caused “tens of millions of dollars in damages.” This has, therefore, cost the organisation ability to access financial services essential to its operations, which may lead to the shutting down of its magazine and streaming service.

The NRA has come under fire for its hesitation in supporting strict gun rules in the wake of mass shootings across America and instead resorting to sending thoughts and prayers to victims and families.

The phrase has come to bite them in the butt as social media users are sending them ‘thoughts and prayers’ during this hard time.
