Frank Bruno
Frank Bruno is undoubtedly one of the greatest British heavyweight boxers of all time. The 58-year-old, who was born in London to a Jamaican mother and a father from Dominica, retired with a record of 45 fights, 40 wins with 38 by knockout, and 5 losses.
One of the highlights of his career was when he defeated Oliver McCall to clinch the WBC heavyweight title in 1995. Bruno also squared off with the likes of Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis. Bruno was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) by Queen Elizabeth II in 1990.
