Momodou Lamin Jallow, known in the showbiz circle as J Hus, is a Gambian rapper, songwriter and model credited with commercializing the afro-swing genre of music.
Born in London, to an immigrant mother, J Hus had always nursed the ambition to be in the limelight.
Growing up in Stratford district, J Hus started getting in trouble as a child, ending up in two separate prison stints.
He is known for songs like Spirit, Samantha, Lean and Bop, Big Conspiracy, Must Be and Bouff Daddy.
