Time Magazine’s 2023 Women of The Year aptly recognized many enterprising women and influencers leading change and inspiring the world through their respective fields of endeavor. Through their works, they create a better future for women by building bridges across generations, communities, and borders. These extraordinary changemakers are leading the fight toward an equal world.

“Our annual Women of the Year list, published on March 2, examine the most uplifting form of influence by spotlighting leaders who are using their voices to fight for a more equal world.” Naina Bajekal and Lucy Feldman – Executive Editor and Senior Editor for TIME wrote.

This year’s list celebrated 12 remarkable women from diverse backgrounds and careers in the international space, who have beaten all odds and made great strides in their areas of expertise to galvanize change and transformations that will go a long way to impact generations to come. These distinguished women come from diverse industries and sectors, including “activism and government to sports and the arts.”
