The streets are not safe

There is this perception that Cuba is a very dangerous country, and it is not tourist-friendly. However, research debunks this notion.

According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Cuba is one of the safest countries in the western hemisphere and is in the ranks with Canada and Chile.

Truth is, Cuba is a communist state, but crime and violence are not innate especially because former Prime Minister Fidel Castro reduced the circulation of guns among the people.
