It appears Halle Bailey and DDG have reached a compromise as the former couple have agreed on a custody plan for their son, Halo, and also dropped the domestic violence restraining orders they filed against each other.
But though Bailey, 25, and DDG, 28, have dropped their respective domestic violence restraining orders, they each maintained the right to refile their cases if anything happened in the future, E! News reported.
Bailey and DDG, born Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., dated for over two years before their split in October 2024. Per the details of their agreement, Bailey will have primary physical custody of Halo while DDG has been granted custody of the minor on Wednesdays and some particular weekends. The former couple further mapped out a custody schedule for multiple holidays.
The agreement also bars The Little Mermaid star and DDG from going online to post photos or information about Halo, who is 22 months old. The former couple has additionally agreed to avoid having spats in public or in the presence of their son.

In May, Bailey was granted a restraining order against DDG after she accused him of being “physically, verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive” towards her, Face2Face Africa reported.
DDG, who is an online streamer and rapper, subsequently filed a domestic violence restraining order against Bailey the following month. DDG, in his filing, denied Bailey’s allegations and accused her of being an “an imminent emotional and psychological risk” to their son and herself, E! News reported.
But in his new song, 17 More Years, DDG appeared to touch on his custody battles with Bailey and called for a truce.
“I don’t wanna fight no more, tired of the court dates / Lawyers gettin’ over on us, watchin’ money go to waste,” he raps. “We should all get together on his birthday, light the cake / If we talk, it’ll get better, go ahead and drop the case.”
