This year’s theme, “Unite.  Innovate.  Disrupt:  Homegrown Models for Africa’s Prosperity,” highlights the conference’s focus on existing innovative solutions that have worked in Africa. A stellar line-up of accomplished business leaders, entrepreneurs and community advocates are confirmed to share lessons learned in creating prosperity across Africa.

As with previous years, the conference will bring together roughly 1,500 diverse professionals and students from across the country. The goal of the conference annually is to engage Africans and allies in the Diaspora and continent in building success and business opportunities in Africa.  The conference will feature engaging keynote sessions, a new venture competition and professional networking opportunities with current and future Africa business leaders.

This year’s keynote speakers include Makhtar Diop, VP, Africa at the World Bank, and Ashish Thakkar, entrepreneur and founder of Mara Group. The panel discussions include sessions on finance, infrastructure, sports, consumer, natural resources, entrepreneurship and much more. We have lined up a series of thought-leaders on each of these topics, and we look forward to stimulating and honest conversations.

Finally, the conference will continue its legacy of providing meaningful opportunities for attendees to network with others. Tickets for the popular event are now available on the conference website – get your ticket soon!
