Maitisong Festival

Maitisong Festival takes place in Gaborone, Botswana. The festival is held all over the city and its suburbs but Maru-a-Pula School remains the actual venue where the opening and closing ceremonies take place. It is the biggest arts festival in Botswana. It features local and international artists who treat their audiences to music, dance, poetry, comedy and other theatrical performances. If you do not have money, it is no trouble as there are free and paid shows you can attend. There is something for everyone.
