N’Djamena, Chad
N’Djamena is the capital and largest city of Chad and it is the highest-ranked city in Africa, according to the 2020 Mercer’s Cost of Living Ranking.
It ranked 15th globally compared to last year when it ranked 11th and also took the lead as the highest-ranking city in Africa.
