One of Ghana’s biggest selling points is that it is one of the most stable democracies in Africa. It also does not hurt that the country keeps growing by 4% or more since the turn of the decade.
Cocoa and gold were the country’s major foreign currency earners until crude oil was added to the trade portfolio in 2011. Ghana has also seen increasing capitalization in its financial industry.
Though its tech industry is in seminal stages, the future looks bright thanks to Ghana’s vibrant, highly educated and youthful population.
