Rwanda
Rwanda has been the world’s best lesson on how to turn misery into miracles in a quarter of a century. The war of 1994 seems so far behind if the country is growing at around 6% annually.
Much of this good news has been due to public-private partnerships in manufacturing, tech, and agriculture. The government has also invested heavily in education and housing.
Rwanda’s population is young and mostly literate. With plans on doubling on tech and innovation, it is fair to say we are witnessing the beginning of something spectacular.
