Music and business mogul, Jay Z has had his fair share of success this year, one of which includes being the first hip hop billionaire.
Since blowing up in the 1990s, Jay Z owns a stream of businesses in the US. They include a $70 million stake in Uber, owns Tidal streaming service, a $70 million art collection, Roc Nation sports management company, plus $50 million in assorted real estate holdings and his music catalog.
