During networking events, you would not always be able to remember significant details of every conversation. Hence, after networking for some time, look for a corner in the room or a hideaway place where you can jot down notes on the back of each person’s business card about what they are, the subject of your conversation with them and other details that might interest you. This will make following up on them easier.
