Prof Dranzoa is the vice chancellor of Muni University, one of the six public universities in Uganda. The wildlife scientist, an administrator and a community leader is also a representative of Public Universities and Degree Awarding Institutions and a member of Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) and Higher Education Student Financing Board (HESFB).
