This year is not complete without mentioning #Beychella which glued many fans to their devices in watching Beyonce perform after a break. She became the first the black woman to headline the show.
She also made waves when she revealed bits of her life, including revealing that her ancestor was a slave married to a slave master and her life after having her babies.
Beyonce was named the third high paid female musician of 2018.
