Kola nuts
Derived from the kola tree, kola nuts are found in the tropical rainforests of Africa.
It also contains caffeine and is used to quell coughs, to help in digestion and to add flavor to beverages.
Some men consume the nut in hopes of it acting as an aphrodisiac. Be aware, there are two types of Kola nut – the Cola acuminata and the Cola nitida. The former is bitter but sweetens the mouth after swallowing.
