A determined young Nigerian is demonstrating that with hard work and perseverance, dreams can be realized.
Oyinloye Emmanuel Oluwatobi, who was a student at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), recently graduated with First Class honours.
Oluwatobi, who pursued a degree in quantity surveying, stated that his journey to this honor was quite challenging.
He managed to finish at the top of his class while balancing his studies with his work as a barber.
In his excitement, he posted on X, “Despite the hustle since day one. Thank you FUTA. Y’all welcome your first, First Class Barber.”
He also shared pictures showing his name alongside other first-class students in his department, and many people joined in celebrating him.
“This is massive. Congratulations First-class barber wey sabi,” one X user wrote.
“Our Superhero with Clipper, Congrats chief,” another wrote.
“Congratulations my brrr. Abeg still barb my hair one more year before you go UK,” a third wrote.
