Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has another lawsuit to deal with after being accused of hiring an underage girl for a sex party.
It was also alleged in the new lawsuit filed on Friday, January 14, 2025, that the embattled rapper slept with a minor at the party.
The anonymous plaintiff claimed she attended a warehouse party in Miami around 2020 when at the age of 15 after being hired.
Revealing that she had been sex trafficked since the age of 12, the accuser however indicated that she was drugged without Diddy’s involvement at the event before being led to a curtained-off area which had a bed.

Per the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the victim was then forced to have sex with about 20 men over the course of several hours.
Diddy was not named among these 20 men—but the accuser alleged that the music mogul was close, recalling he had sex with another girl hired for the party who seemed to be only 12 or 13 years old at the time.
The new lawsuit was also filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing many of the people who have filed lawsuits against Diddy.
Combs’ legal team once again denied the allegations.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court,” their statement read.
The latest lawsuit comes after a woman who claimed she was raped by Diddy and Jay-Z dropped her lawsuit a few days ago.
Following the dismissal, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal team reacted: “Today’s complete dismissal without a settlement by the 1-800 attorney is yet another confirmation that these lawsuits are built on falsehoods, not facts.
“For months, we have seen case after case filed by individuals hiding behind anonymity, pushed forward by an attorney more focused on media headlines than legal merit. Just like this claim, the others will fall apart because there is no truth to them.”
Having denied the allegations earlier, Jay-Z described the withdrawal of the case as a victory.
“Today is a victory. The frivolous, fictitous and appalling allegations have been dismissed. This civil suit was never going anywhere.
“The fictional tale they created was laughable, if not for the seriousness of the claims. I would not wish this experience on anyone. The trauma that my wife, my children, loves ones and I have endured can never be dismissed,” the Roc Nation boss said in a statement.
