According to Seek Capital, Pennsylvania’s working-age population is declining, which doesn’t correlate well with new business success. “Corporate taxes on businesses in Pennsylvania rank among the worst in the country. In terms of startup activity, Pennsylvania has one of the lowest rates of new entrepreneurs and startup job creation in the study,” it added.
