Every year, the Global Connectivity Index (GCI) by Huawei ranks 79 nations along an S-curve graph. The S-curve groups countries into three clusters: Starters, Adopters, and Frontrunners based on ICT investment, ICT maturity, and digital economic performance.
This year’s GCI research methodology has been expanded to help policymakers understand AI’s growing influence on the global economy.
