Guinea Bissau – | Global rank: 168th | African rank: 6th

Guinea Bissau has been saddled with several scandals and corrupt practices. According to Transparency International’s report on the country, it has “created an environment conducive to corruption on a grand scale.” There is a culture of impunity, and citizens have no right to access information.
