These revolutionaries attended the 1st Pan-African Congress in Paris 100 yrs ago

In 1919, Lecba Eliezer Cadet, a Haitian voodoo priest was the only black participant in the Paris Peace Conference on behalf of the Universal Negro Improvement Association.  In that same year, he also went to the 1919 Pan African Congress still on behalf of the Universal Negro Improvement Association.
