A grand jury in 2014 noted Wilson will not be indicted in the shooting of Michael Brown.

Brown was unarmed when Wilson  gunned down the 18-year-old in Ferguson, Missouri, shooting him multiple times until he ultimately died.

Bob McCulloch, the St. Louis County prosecutor, described Brown’s death as a tragedy but said that the grand jury had found no probable cause for any of the charges it considered against Wilson, which included first-degree murder and the lesser charge of manslaughter.

He said: “The grand jury found no probably cause to indict Officer Wilson.”
