Just in case you missed it, Senegal became the first African country to win a game at the 2018 FIFA World Cup with a well-deserved 2-1 victory over Poland.

A first-half own goal from Polish player Thiago Cionek and a second-half strike from M’Baye Niang was enough to secure the Lions of Teranga a victory at the Spartak Stadium in Russia on Tuesday.

Wishing the Lions of Teranga the very best in their subsequent matches! Keep making Africa proud!
