A viral fitness influencer is facing backlash on social media for his ‘ridiculous’ morning routines which often start at 4 am.

Social media users widely reacted to all of the fitness influencer Ashton Hall’s videos, which show him preparing early for his day by reading books, exercising and taking a bath in the water partly filled with ice.

The routine of the influencer who went viral left viewers seriously scratching their heads with many insisting he ‘tries to pull off a narrative that doesn’t even exist’

Hall’s videos show his morning routine in cold plunges, often applying extensive skincare. The fitness influencer who went viral has taken his routine to the next level, rising from bed about six hours before he leaves for work.

Ashton Hall has garnered a massive following over the past months, with over 2.93 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. However, this week saw his everyday life criticized by many social media users, who have deemed his actions ‘ridiculous’.

“Nigga bullsh*ting all day, daft asf”, one user wrote on X.

“When I see videos like this ,I think of all the time they used to start or stop and set up the camera”, another said.

A third stated: “What got me is how he took one whole minute to walk outside.”

“His morning routine is to wake up, take a sh*t, get out of bed, stumble to computer, move trash on desk and that’s what this internet is.”

In February, the fitness influencer put out a clip titled ‘The morning routine that changed my life 3:50 am to 9:30 am’, which showed what his regular morning supposedly looks like.

The video was seen by millions, and saw him put many to shame by being out of bed at 3.50 am and into some push-ups on his balcony just 10 minutes later.

He then took the six-hour routine featuring an intense run at the gym, a swim and a shower, with some time as well for meditation.

Hall put his face in ice-filled water before heading to the gym, swimming, and taking a work call.

What however confused viewers most wasn’t his 4:00 a.m. wake-up or immediate push-ups, but it was the time stamps, which didn’t seem to add up.

At 7:36 a.m., Hall prepares for his morning swim, but he doesn’t hit the water until 7:40 a.m., taking four minutes to dive. Eagle-eyed viewers also noticed it took him a full minute to walk onto his balcony for push-ups, with the time stamp jumping from 4:00 to 4:01 a.m.

“I’m still trying to figure out how it took him a whole minute to go from one side of the patio door to the other,” one viewer joked.

Others pointed out that Hall read for less than a minute, picking up his book at 5:30 a.m. and putting it down before 5:31 a.m.

Although the viral fitness influencer may just be rushing through tasks or splicing clips incorrectly, Ashton Hall has the last laugh, as he nears a billion YouTube views in 30 days while growing his Instagram following to eight million.
