Georgia Governor contender Stacey Abrams (Dem) has vowed not to concede until every ballot is counted. Abrams is currently standing at 48.7% or 1,910,390 votes while her opponent Brian Kemp (Rep) is leading with 50.3% or 1,973,099 votes, according to The Associated Press.
