People in the United States just celebrated their first national holiday since the coronavirus pandemic. Memorial Day, which is an annual holiday held on the last Monday of May, honors all those who have died serving in the U.S. military.
It also marks the unofficial start of summer and comes with a three-day holiday weekend where people spend extra time with family and friends by sharing a meal or planning backyard barbecues or picnics.
This year, despite restrictions imposed to tackle the coronavirus, scores of Americans flocked to beaches and poolsides to wrap up their Memorial Day weekends. For many celebrities, they made the most of Memorial Day by spending time with family or just relaxing and enjoying the beginning of summer.
