David Oyelowo Describes His Nigerian Mother’s Funny Reaction to Oprah Playing His Mother

Nigerian actor David Oyelowo, who played Louis Gaines, the son of Forest Whitaker and Oprah Winfrey’s characters in Lee Daniels’ “The Butler”, says his mother hasn’t been a fan of the people he’s played on film. “My mum, she doesn’t know how to delineate between reality and what happens in the movie,” he says.
