In previous years, when it comes to animations, Hollywood is what many people think of as the animation industry was never seen as a viable career or opportunity for African people.
Times have changed now. In spite of scarcity of funding and the lack of production facilities, Africans are producing animations that have gained global acclaim and rubbing shoulders with those of the West.
