What makes the motherland so unique is our wonderfully diverse cultures and traditions. When it comes to food in particular, the continent boasts a very wide variety of cuisines and delicacies spread across our various societies.

Thanks to this diversity, a dish that may look unpalatable to someone may look the exact opposite to another and vice versa. As the saying goes, “one man’s poison is another man’s meat”.

In the spirit of diversity, therefore, join Face2Face Africa as we spotlight some foods that you may think are unpalatable but eaten in a special way in some African countries.
