The 2018 Soul Train Awards was aired on BET on Sunday, November 25.
Hosted by legendary actresses/comedians Tisha Campbell & Tichina Arnold, the star-studded event, which took place at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, saw some of our favourite black musicians being honoured and recognized for their outstanding work over the year.
British singer and songwriter Ella Mai was the big winner of the night taking home three awards. Legendary musicians Erykah Badu and Faith Evans were also honoured with the Legend Award and Lady of Soul Award respectively.
Erykah Badu thanks her soul family for their support, her mother for beating greatness into her, and for the growth that she’s found along the way. #SoulTrainAwardshttps://t.co/mEEGRsXc7N
