Sudan, Ranked 69th worldwide
After the overthrow of longtime ruler Omar al-Bashir, reports of military brutality have been steadily coming out of Sudan. The military has received funding from Saudi Arabia in the last few months after grabbing power although their strength grew under the rule of al-Bashir. The military has an active force of 104,00 0 personnel, 191 aircraft, 410 combat tanks, 403 armoured fighting vehicles and a total of 18 naval assets. due to sanctions imposed on them by Western countries, most of their weaponry is supplied from Russia and China.
